AGV Smart Logistics Service: To alleviate the personnel pressure caused by fluctuations in factory output and to boost factory intelligence, Mairuida has independently developed smart tow tractors for in-plant raw material delivery services. The smart tow tractors utilize 3D laser slim navigation and have a carrying capacity of up to 5 tons. After manual material preparation is completed, delivery tasks can be sent via the system on a tablet. Upon reaching the designated unloading point, wireless communication and smart wearable devices alert line-side operators to unload the cargo promptly, reducing waiting time. Additionally, the AGV's operational status can be monitored through an electronic AGV dashboard, allowing for the prompt identification of any special situations.
