Our company provides national-level distribution center (NDC) services for a telecommunications client in the Philippines, offering assembly and complete service in addition to regular warehousing and logistics services for network communication products. We have customized a WMS system for the warehousing assembly line of communication products, where employees only need to input the finished goods part number. The system automatically generates delivery tasks based on the BOM configuration, As production assembly consumes materials. the WMS generates pull tasks according to the line-side buffer Min/Max settings, Due to the variety of assembled finished products, the site is divided into multiple production lines for assembly operations, with different workstations responsible for different tasks, Each process verifies the previous one, and standardized operations with the WMS system greatly improve work efficiency reduce error rates, and ensure that end customers receive the products they want
