RDC Services and LOC Services: Our company manages over 250 component suppliers and 3000 types of materials in a 50,000 square meter RDC, providing JIT & JIS delivery services for manufacturers before production. in LOC, we offer SPS picking, sorting delivery, small painting, and welding services. To ensure service, on the system side, our company independently developed a WMS system that integrates organically with the manufacturer's production, quality inspection, and SRM systems,synchronizing receiving information and inspection reports, while also able to receive pull orders and soring order information pushed from the producion system for precise inventory management facillitating transparency in the entire supply chain and improving warehouse efficiency; in terms of warehouse area optimization, we clarify the functions of each warehouse. such as RDC taking on all sorting functions, with large items prioritized for external warehouses and small items for internal warehouses, while also adjusting MIN/MAX in a timely manner according to fluctuations in vehicle production, optimizing warehouse space without compromising production; in accounting, we establish a periodic inventory cycle mechanism; in tools management, we create a tools management system that takes multiple approaches to optimize RDC management and ensure production.
