Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning and implementation of warehouse logistics projects, taking into account factors such as efficiency, cost, quality, and personnel, to formulate project plans, processes, and organize the implementation and promotion;
2. Systematically optimize and improve manufacturing logistics operations throughout the entire process,enhancing the overall operational level and management capability of logistics operations, and training logistics operators;
3. Customer relationship maintenance, promoting the enhancement of customer satisfaction;
4. Responsible for regularly organizing meetings with clients that include operational and business-related topics;
5. Collection of new projects and new requirements, internal triggering, and tracking of subsequent processing, until final closure;
6. Project Compensation Management;
7. Collection and analysis of project operation data (including KPls) and financial data;
8. Regularly organize meetings with clients, responsible for tracking and handling the meeting lSSUE llST until closure;
9. Receiving emergencies, internal communication, and tracking follow-up actions until final closure;
10. Preparation and updating maintenance of the project SOP;
11. The collection of new projects and new requirements, internal triggers, and the tracking of subsequent processing until final closure;
12. The collection of customer compensation requests, internal triggering, and tracking of subsequent processing until final closure.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of work experience as a warehouse management / supply chain management supervisor or higher in a logistics company; overseas work experience is preferred;
2. Familiar with the material flow process in the warehouse and has good warehouse planning abilitky;
3. Fluent in reading and writing in English, good at speaking, capable of normal communication with foreign colleagues;
4. Skilled at handling complicated and administrative tasks, work meticulously and earnestly;
5, Possess the ability and work experience to handle sudden issues and events;
6. Good communication skills, adept at communicating with external clients and relevant internal departments.
