Job Responsibilities:
1. Organizing and writing system documents and related processes,
2. Organize insurance accident documents and contact the insurance company for claims
3. Collect operational quality data and organize quality reports;
4. Assist in resolving quality issues and track improvement progress;
5. Maintain the quality system, organize quality-related documents, and reconcile with finance, etc.
Job Requirements:
1, Proficient in using office software and can create flowcharts;
2. Have good communication and expression skills;
3. A bachelor's degree or above, Enalish proficiency at levels 4/6, recent graduates are acceptable.
