Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the customer's product characterstics, operational processes, performance indicators, and investment scale, communicate with the customer to develop an appropriate technical solution for them;
2. Responsilble for researching customer needs, desioning planning schemes, including business processes, layout eauipment software. costs, and personnel etc;
3. Responsible for the output of WORD and PPT documents for planning schemes, organizing reviews, and reporting to clients;
4. Responsible for the hardware selection and cost estimation involved in the planning scheme;
5. Responsible for writing documentation and explaining plans for the technical part of the project;
6. Assist sales in customer communication, plan exchanges, reporting presentations, and other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, English proficiency is preferred;
2. Proficient in operations such as receiving/sending/storing/shiping, domestic transportation,international transportation, familiar with all aspects of the factony's logistics process, and knowledgeable about ERP/WMS and logistics IT systems
3. Posess project implementaion and management experience,with rich experience in logistics optilmization and proces improvement, able to independenty organize and implement logistics technology solutions, and have comprehensive analysis and problem-solving abilities.
4. Experience and practice in logistics management with multiple factories and warehouses, with a certain understanding of logistics operations;
5. Familiar with project management, possessing good team collaboration awarenes, as well as strong communication, organizational management, and coordination skills;
6. Able to adapt to business trips.
